Overview of our Service Process....

By utilizing our services, your company's drug testing and breath alcohol testing needs can be streamlined through either our Office Referral service or our On-Site service and collections process:



Office Referral & Collections
  • Employer submits service request.
  • DTC rep. assesses, reviews & confirms service request with employer. 
  • Lab Requisitions & collection facility directions are emailed, faxed or overnighted to employer. 
  • Employer distributes lab requisitions & collection facility directions to employee(s) to be tested.
  • Employee(s) to be tested report to collection facility and present lab requisition for testing.
  • Drug Testing Center reports employee test results back to employer.

On-Site Collections-We Come to You! 
(This service limited to certain areas)
  • Employer submits service request.
  • DTC rep. assesses, reviews & confirms service request with employer.
  • DTC Specimen Collection Technician arrives at site location 
    on scheduled date and establishes processing area.
  • DTC Specimen Collection Technician initiates chain-of-custody process 
    and conducts specimen collections.
  • DTC Specimen Collection Technician submits collected specimens to laboratory for testing (same day of collection).
  • Drug Testing Center reports employee test results back to employer.
